At Family Pulls TCG, we take pride in offering only authentic trading cards and sealed collectible products to our community. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made through Family Pulls TCG are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Elite Trainer Boxes

Sealed Products

Graded Cards

Single Cards

Mystery packs or boxes

Any opened or unopened collectible products.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
